Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojan(PMKVY): is the scheme which has been launched in India to make the Indian Youth capable of working in different in job roles. The main aim of this scheme is to trained the Indian youths in the various function areas of job and make them capable for the different job roles.

In order to trained them and  for the implementation of this the of the Pradhan Mantri  Kaushal Vikas Yojana(PMKVY) government has hired some of the training partners who works as the helping hand for the government at the same time whose work is to connect the franchise / training center with the   government for the implementation of the project.

In the entire Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana(PMKVY) the key role is going to play by the franchise only since franchise are the one whose work is to provide training to the students. In order to maintain the discipline and to provide the quality training government of India has decided to divide the target of Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) in two levels: First quarter and subsequent quarter.

First quarter

The training centre has to strictly has to strictly follow the target which has been divided as the monthly review and the quarterly review.

Only those centres who has been approved by the SSC and NSDC are going to called the Training Center of Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana(PMKVY) and only these centres has been given the target fo maintenance.

Training centre has been monitored and verified under the guidelines of Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana(PMKVY) monitoring guidelines.

Target capacity is depend upon how much job roles does the franchisee choose for the PMKVY project. It is mandatory that One classroom should be a dedicated classroom for the particular job role and it is strictly advisable to the Training Center that make sure th
at no in a dedicated classroom only one course is running.

Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana(PMKVY) target is based upon the hours of training that in a day Training Center should provide maximum 8 hours of Training with 4 batches.

For all approved job roles PMU will award target which will be approved for 3 months and will validate by the monitoring team till the visit. In case if the target is not achieved it will roll back and given to the best performing Training Partner/ Training Center.

Second / Subsequent Target

Centre affiliation agency will approved that the demand of job role by the training centre is actually meet according to the space they are providing to the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Kendra.

New target should be divided only in the first half of the month.

Any training Centre that is going through the process of Accreditation and Affiliation for the first time, or re-affiliation shall be dividing targets.
