Pradhan Mantri Gramin Digital Saksharta Abhiyan(PMGDISHA) is basically a program which has been launched in India with the vision to make the Indian rural household digitally literate by the financial year.

Target:  The target taken for the Pradhan  Mantri Gramin Digital Saksharta Abhiyan(PMGDISHA) is to trained 6 crore people who are under the age group of 14-60 year old by the financial year 2019.

Eligibility criteria

The eligibility criteria for the PMGDISHA (Pradhan Mantri Gramin Digital Saksharta Abhiyan) are first of all for those families where none of the family members is digitally literate.

Entry criteria

Candidate should be either non IT literate. Priority will be given to Non smartphone users, college drop outs; priority will be given to ST/ SC/ people with the reserved categories, BPL card holders, Angand wadi workers, Asha workers.

Training: In the Pradhan Mantri Gramin Digital Saksharta Abhiyan(PMGDISHA) training is going to provided of how to use smartphones, access digital devices, use internet for all the works, use e-wallets  and do bank transactions for all the works.
